Establishment
Sant Kabir College Zira is also affiliated with Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab
Technical University(MRSPTU), Bathinda established by Govt. of Punjab vide Punjab
Act No. 5 of 2015 notified through Punjab Government Gazette-Extraordinary
(Regd. No. CHD/0092/2015-2017) notification No. 5- Leg./2015 dated 12th February 2015.
MRSPTU is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC), a statutory body of the
Government of India established for the coordination,determination and maintenance of
standards of university education in India.The University is included in the list of universities maintained by University Grants Commission under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act.
Chairman's Foreword
Sant Kabir Group of institutes has been providing education since 2011, through
its SKS ITI Affiliated to NCVT Govt of India at Jhatra road Zira Ferozepur. In 2016, we took one step forward by starting our esteemed institute IGNOU
StudyCentre at Jhatra Road,Zira.
we took one step more by starting Sant Kabir College Zira take affiliation from Maharaja Ranjit Singh PunjabTech.University Bathinda .
It was wholly due to blessings
of god and support from IGNOU & MRSPTU that we could start and
such this venture successfully
